FLORAL DESIGNER

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Design & Artistry: Creating, designing, and assembling, floral arrangements, bouquets, wreaths, and, displays. Specializing in funeral and event work
• Technical Care: Condition, process, hydrate, and, maintain, freshness of, flowers, and foliage..
• Retail & Operations: Processing payments, inventory management, stocking, coolers, processing, new, stock, and, operating, POS/design, software, (e.g., Teleflora).
• Efficiency: Working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and multitasking.

Required Qualifications & Attributes

• Experience: Proven experience, portfolio required, or, floral, design training.
• Knowledge: Understanding, of seasonal flowers, color palettes, and, design trends.
• Physical Ability: Standing for long periods, lifting, and working in a cooler environment.
• Soft Skills: Team player, positive attitude, creativity, and customer-focused.
