Steel Stem Floral is seeking a Client & Sales Coordinator to help manage daily operations, support our clients, and assist with sales and organization.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, and enjoys working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities:

* Answer phone calls and assist clients

* Take and process orders

* Create invoices and manage payments

* Coordinate pickups and deliveries

* Support the team with daily operations

*Assist with sales and customer experience
